6 normal spoon of sugar
4 big spoon of einkorn
2 big spoons of dala landhvete fin sammelt
1 spoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
Separate the eggs and mixed the yolk with the sugar. Beat up the white separately. Mixed the flour, baking powder and salt thoroughly and gradually add it to the sugar-yolk mixture. Lastly, carefully mix the egg-white into the mixture. Be sure not to break the egg-white too much. Put it in a 180 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes. It is very important not to open the oven during this time, and let it cool down in the oven, gradually!
After it cooled down completely, halve the cake and put a casual mixture of cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar with gelatin between the two parts. Lastly you may cover the cake it with chocolate pudding and some fruits.
