Whole oat grains
a wide, more or less flat bowl
Leave whole oat grains in at roomtemperature in water, covered with a towel. After one day of soaking the grains should be kept moist and clean by rinsing them at least once a day. After a few days sprouts will appear. When the sprouts are a bit bigger the grains will be soft and easy to digest.
Use in salads, breads, cake, soups etc.
